1. Sponsor
The HLP Clean Break giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Hudson Launch Partners LLC, operating as HLP Cleaners (“Sponsor”). Questions: team@hudsonlaunchpartners.com.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Jersey City, New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who live in a residence with no more than 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (“Eligible Home”). The prize must be used at the entrant’s own Eligible Home in Jersey City.
Not eligible: employees, contractors and service partners of Sponsor, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and households. Sponsor may verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
3. Entry period and monthly drawings
Entries are accepted beginning October 25, 2026, on an ongoing basis. The Giveaway runs in monthly drawing periods:
- First drawing period: October 25, 2026 through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 10, 2026. The first winner is drawn on November 11, 2026.
- Each later drawing period starts at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the 11th of a month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the 10th of the following month. That period’s winner is drawn on the 11th, or the next business day if the 11th falls on a weekend or holiday.
The Giveaway continues until Sponsor ends it by posting notice on this page at least thirty (30) days in advance. The notice will state the final drawing period. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device. The same schedule applies to every entrant, regardless of when or where you saw the Giveaway.
4. How to enter
Visit hlpcleaners.com/giveaway, select “Enter the giveaway,” complete the required fields, confirm your eligibility and agreement to these Official Rules, and submit the form. You will see an on-screen confirmation with a reference number once your entry is recorded.
Entry is free. You do not need to request a quote, purchase a cleaning, follow any social media account, refer anyone or sign up for promotional offers to enter or win. Requesting a cleaning quote on the same form is optional and has no effect on your chances.
Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway. You do not need to re-enter each month; see Section 5. Additional submissions by the same person, including under a different email address, will not create extra chances and may result in disqualification. Entries generated by script, bot or any automated means are void.
Giveaway update emails. Entries submitted on or after October 27, 2026, when this was disclosed on the entry form, include emails from Sponsor about this Giveaway: drawing reminders, winner announcements and notices of future Sponsor giveaways. A winner is named in these emails only with that winner’s consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never removes or affects your entry. Entries submitted before October 27, 2026 receive these emails only if the entrant asks.
5. Winner selection and odds
One (1) winner is selected for each drawing period in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on the dates in Section 3. Each drawing includes every eligible entry received by the end of that drawing period, including entries carried over from earlier periods.
Entries carry over. An eligible entry that is not selected stays in the pool for each later monthly drawing until the Giveaway ends. Once a person is confirmed as a winner, their entry is removed and they cannot win again in this Giveaway. Sponsor will review entries for duplicates and eligibility before each drawing.
The odds of winning in any month depend on the number of eligible entries in the pool for that drawing. The Giveaway may be promoted through flyers in residential buildings, email and social media. There is one winner per month in total across all of these channels, not one per building or channel.
Sponsor may also run separate building bonus drawings for residents of specific properties under their own official rules. Those drawings and prizes are not part of this Giveaway and do not change the number of winners in it.
6. Notification and verification
Potential winners will be notified by email (and may also be contacted by phone) using the contact information submitted with the entry. A potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the notification email being sent and provide information needed to confirm eligibility, including age, residence address in Jersey City and home size.
If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, declines the prize or cannot provide safe access to the home within the redemption period, that person forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner for that month at random from the remaining eligible entries. A potential winner who does not respond in time keeps their entry in the pool for later drawings unless they were found ineligible. Sponsor will keep a record of each draw.
7. Prize
Each winner receives one (1) standard home cleaning at their Eligible Home, performed by HLP Cleaners. Approximate retail value (ARV): $250 per prize. One prize is awarded per monthly drawing.
Included: kitchen counters, sink and stovetop; appliance exteriors; bathroom fixtures, shower or tub, toilet and mirrors; reachable surface dusting and suitable high-touch surfaces; vacuuming and mopping; household trash removal and light straightening; and bed making or sheet changes using fresh linens the winner provides.
Not included: deep cleaning, appliance interiors, laundry, organization, move-in/move-out or post-renovation cleaning, pet stain treatment and any specialty or remediation work. Winners may request additional services, but they are optional, quoted separately and never required to receive the prize.
The prize must be scheduled and used within thirty (30) days after the winner’s eligibility is confirmed, on a date and time mutually agreed with Sponsor. The prize has no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and no substitution is allowed except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any unused portion of the prize is forfeited.
The winner, or an adult the winner authorizes, must arrange safe access to the home. Sponsor may decline to perform work, or end a visit, if conditions are unsafe or the home is not an Eligible Home. Any taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
8. Privacy and communications
Information you submit is used to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners and, if you separately request it, respond to your cleaning quote. It is handled as described in our Privacy notice. Entering includes the giveaway update emails described in Section 4. Promotional emails, such as discounts and offers, and text messages are optional and require a separate choice on the form.
Sponsor will not use a winner’s name, photo, home or likeness in advertising or social media without that winner’s separate written consent. Sponsor may share the winners’ first names and last initials in response to a winners list request (Section 11).
9. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or acts in violation of these rules.
If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel it and, where appropriate, select winners at random from eligible entries received before the problem occurred. Any such change will be posted on this page. Sponsor will not change the drawing schedule or the number of winners per month for a drawing period that has already started, except as required to address such a problem. Any other change to these rules will be posted on this page with a new version date and will apply only to drawing periods that begin after it is posted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems, or for any errors in the administration of the Giveaway. Nothing in these rules limits any right you have under applicable law, including New Jersey consumer protection law, or Sponsor’s responsibility for its own negligence when performing the prize cleaning.
11. Winners list
For the first name and last initial of the winner of any monthly drawing, email team@hudsonlaunchpartners.com with the subject “Clean Break winners” and the month, within sixty (60) days after that drawing.
12. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
13. Social media
The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform.
