Requested oven, refrigerator or microwave interiors are included in the agreed move-cleaning scope. Tell us which appliances need attention and empty the refrigerator first.
Can you follow a landlord’s checklist?
Share it before quoting. We review cleaning items with you and identify anything outside the agreed service.
Will cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. Deposit decisions also depend on your lease, damage and the property’s condition. We can agree on a cleaning checklist, but cannot guarantee a landlord’s decision.
Can I request cleaning before moving in?
Yes. Plan it after you receive access and before furniture arrives. Utilities and safe access need to be available.
Do I need to be home?
No, if access has been agreed in advance. Share entry instructions privately after your visit is confirmed; please leave door codes out of the inquiry form.
How long does move cleaning take?
Duration depends on home size, condition, agreed work and crew size. We confirm the visit plan before booking rather than promising the same number of hours for every home.
