This notice explains how Hudson Launch Partners LLC handles information submitted through this website.
Information you share
Our inquiry form collects your name, the type of help you need, and an email address or phone number for your chosen follow-up method. You may also provide your preferred language, callback availability, building or company name, neighborhood, household service preferences, business stage, location or address, and service-specific details. We also record the version of the inquiry terms you accept and the acceptance timestamp. You may also provide a business or project name, provider category, timing, working budget, phone number, and a note. Please do not include sensitive documents, identification numbers, banking details, or confidential transaction information.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your needs, and discuss possible services. Sending an inquiry does not enter you into a paid engagement. If you choose to work with HLP, scope and fees are agreed separately in writing.
Monthly giveaway registration
Prelaunch giveaway registration requires your name, email, phone number and full home address, including a unit where applicable. We use these details to review service-area eligibility, prevent duplicate registrations and send a one-time launch notice. Building name, service interests and add-on interests are optional. Signup details are also sent to team@hudsonlaunchpartners.com through our form email provider, FormSubmit, for review. Registrations are stored separately in HLP’s private Cloudflare database. We store a normalized fingerprint of the email, phone and address combination to prevent duplicate signups. Address eligibility is reviewed; submission does not verify an address or enter an active drawing.
Once the campaign opens, entry will be subject to the published rules. The planned monthly pool retains entrants, with a two-calendar-month eligibility pause after a win. Registration does not subscribe you to promotional emails or texts. Contact us to correct your information, withdraw or request deletion.
Site performance
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand page visits and loading performance. We do not send your inquiry field contents to this analytics service.
Services that process information
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Inquiries are recorded in HLP’s private database on Cloudflare with a reference number and follow-up status. A copy is sent through FormSubmit for delivery to our business email inbox. Our hosting, form delivery, and email providers process information to operate these services. Technical information, such as IP addresses and request data, may be processed for delivery and security.
We do not add advertising trackers or use inquiry submissions to automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell inquiry information. Before sharing your project or contact details with a prospective service provider as part of an introduction, we will discuss that step with you.
Keeping and removing information
Inquiry records, introduction details, and correspondence may be kept for follow-up and business records. You can contact us to request correction or deletion. We will review your request, including whether information needs to be retained for an active engagement or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
