How much does a cleaning cost?

Standard cleaning starts from $159 and deep cleaning from $189 for a studio or 1-bedroom home. Your home’s size, condition, cleaning type, frequency and extras shape the quote. Supplies and access requirements are confirmed in advance. You approve the total before paid work begins.

How do I book a visit?

Send a quote request or call (551) 999-0006. We confirm scope, price and an available date with you, and the visit is booked once you approve. Submitting a request doesn’t book or charge you.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

We confirm who provides supplies and equipment in your quote. Tell us about delicate surfaces, product preferences, allergies or building requirements before the visit.

Do I need to be home, and what about pets?

You do not need to be present if access has been agreed in advance. Tell us about pets so we can plan around them; pet care is not included. Share entry instructions privately after the visit is confirmed.

Can you help with filters or AC cleaning?

We can assess accessible, user-serviceable filter replacement using the correct filter. Unit type, building approval, provider and price are confirmed first. Internal AC cleaning, duct cleaning and repairs require a qualified specialist and a separate quote.

Do you clean Airbnb and other short-term rentals?

We’re collecting turnover requests for short-term rentals. Tell us the unit size, checkout/check-in window, expected frequency and your reset checklist. We confirm staffing and timing before accepting a turnover; same-day service is not guaranteed.

What does a rental turnover include?

We quote kitchen and bathroom cleaning, floors, trash removal, bed changes using clean linens you provide, and an agreed guest-ready reset. Restocking uses your supplies. Laundry service is coming soon and is not included. Supply purchases and unusual messes are priced separately. Photo updates can be discussed with your plan.

Can you clean after construction or renovation?

Request an assessment for a finished renovation. Share the work completed, square footage, surfaces, remaining dust or debris and target date. We confirm the appropriate crew, equipment and scope before quoting. Active worksites, hazardous materials, mold remediation and bulk debris removal are outside ordinary home cleaning.

Can you change sheets or help with laundry?

Bed making and sheet changes use your clean linens and remain included in Standard, Deep and Ultimate. Laundry and dry cleaning pickup and return service is coming soon through a laundry partner. It is not included in cleaning packages or available to book yet.

What does pet stain and odor care cover?

We assess the affected rug, carpet or upholstery, remove loose hair and debris, spot-test a suitable product and treat the agreed areas. Blotting or extraction depends on the material and quoted scope. You receive drying and pet-access instructions. Routine floor vacuuming is included in cleaning; targeted treatment is an extra. Deep-set contamination may need a specialist, and complete stain or odor removal cannot be promised. This is not pet grooming or a full carpet shampoo.

What if something on the checklist is missed?

Contact your HLP point of contact with the details. We’ll review the agreed scope and arrange the appropriate next step. Any service-specific follow-up terms are confirmed before booking.

Where will HLP offer cleaning?

Our initial service area is Hudson County and nearby communities. Tell us your ZIP code or city; we confirm coverage and team availability before any booking.

Can I request extra attention or add services?

Yes. Tell us your priorities in the request. Attention within the agreed cleaning scope is different from added work; any extra cost or time is approved before the work. Our dedicated visit-plan tools are in development.

What should I know about access and changes?

We’ll agree on building access, supplies, arrival arrangements and rescheduling terms before confirming a visit. Please do not put door codes or other private access information in the inquiry form.
